WorshipAt Hulen Street, our vision for Worship Ministry is to create opportunities for people to have a genuine encounter with Jesus Christ, and to be changed by that encounter. We want to lead others in to an all-out, uncompromised worship of God. We believe that God is to be worshipped in both spirit and in truth, and that worship should creatively engage our hearts and our minds. Our desire is to honor God through our Worship Ministry, and also to cultivate lifestyles of continual worship whereby we offer ourselves to Him as "living sacrifices." Worship Ministry Opportunities: Worship Team Band: The Hulen Street Band leads in worship at our 10:30 a.m. Worship Celebration. Instruments include acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, and piano/keyboard. Other instruments are used occasionally, including strings. Please contact Mel Kincaid, Worship Pastor for more information. Worship Team Vocals: The Hulen Street Band Vocal Team is made up of auditioned vocalists that lead in worship at our 10:30 a.m. Worship Celebration. Please contact Mel Kincaid, Worship Pastor for information on auditions. Worship Choir: The Hulen Street Worship Choir is a non-auditioned group that leads in worship during the 10:30 a.m. Worship Celebration on selected dates throughout the year, and at Christmas and Easter. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays nights at 7:15 p.m. Childcare is provided. Praise Kids: Praise Kids is open to all children in 1st through 6th grade who love to sing. This group leads in worship on selected dates throughout the year. They meet on the first and third Sundays of each month at 5:00 p.m. Media Team: The Hulen Street Media Team provides technical support for several ministries, including providing audio visual support for our 10:30 a.m. Worship Celebration.
