WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?
My first job was babysitting for family-friends, I started that when I was about eleven. My first real job was as a summer camp counselor at my local YMCA. Between these two jobs was where I developed my love for kids, and my really loud voice.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My inspiration comes from seeing joy and peace on students' faces when they come into the church. That's how I know I am making an impact on their lives for the better.
WHAT'S A BIG CHALLENGE YOU ARE GROWING IN?
My biggest challenge is saying no, especially when it ties into something I am passionate about. I love serving others and the church but sometimes I forget that I need rest and time for myself.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT HULEN STREET?
My role at Hulen Street is to staff and supervise childcare for all of our special events and weekly Bible studies, so that parents can rest assured knowing that their children are well taken care of and therefore be more available to hear what the Lord wants to do in and through them.
Madison has served with Hulen Street Church since 2021.
